Role : Senior Software Developer

Work Experience : Min 2-3 yrs

Positions : 4

Education : BE, BTech or MCA

Technical Skills:

  • Mandatory: JSP, Servlets, Struts (at least 1 or 2 projects), AJAX
  • Optional: HTML, Javascript
  • Excellent Knowledge of MySQL Database and PL-SQL
  • Basic knowledge of Linux

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to take larger responsibilities and ownership
  • Leadership qualities with ability to train and mentor junior team-members
  • Should be Proactive and Self-starter
  • Willingness to work on challenging projects under strict deadlines
  • Should be Self-motivated and have ability for Self-learning
