Even after going through some course at Training institutes, the benefit would be theoretical knowledge, but not much of project work, which is what is required in the real world. You will need to gain real project experience which will transform you and prepare you for a tremendous launching pad for your career.

We are pleased to explain to you about the opportunity as a Software Trainee and its benefits. We have opportunities in:


  •   Programming
  •   Testing
  •   Designing


The number of candidates selected for this is limited and we use merit as a criteria for selection. The selection process has two steps:

Once you are selected, you will be given an Offer Letter for the position of Software Trainee at Itech. The training period will be 3 months. At the end of 3 months, we will do an evaluation of your performance at Itech. If you have done well, we would regularize your employment to our Company (or Partner companies) with a good Salary package. During the training period, a Stipend of Rs 4000 will be paid to you every month.
