- Work with peers and other functional teams like product management team to understand the requirement and propose UE model for web application
- Take responsibility for proposing and finalizing the UI for new applications and features
- Define and drive UE theme for new applications and features in-line with corporate theme and new trends
- Ability to drive to UE decisions from hazy requirements proposing various models
- Review framework and design of software components for reusability and extensibility
The ideal candidate must be passionate about working on a fast paced team and dedicated to making greats things happen.
Skills and characteristics required:
- Degree in interaction design, HCI, or other design-related field; or equivalent user experience design experience in the software development
