Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in designing and developing websites and/or web applications
- Has a working understanding of layout, type and colour, and is able to take instructions from a user/designer and create a complete layout
- Practical knowledge in development of HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, CSS, SQL, Perl, graphics creation with Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite), multimedia creation with Flash, ActionScript, (Macromedia Studio)
- Practical exposure and/or experience with some or all of the following: Java Server Pages and Java, XML, PHP, Oracle, MS SQL Server, ColdFusion Server, CFML, CFScript, IIS, Windows Server environments

Job Description :
The Product Consultant works with customers to implement the software at customer sites and provides consultation to customer staff on the products. The Product Consultant reports to the Project Manager when on-site.
The Product Consultant is responsible for:
- Designing implementation/migration/testing plans
- Working with our Architects and Integrators to implement the solution
- Assisting the technical team in reviewing technical design and technical quality issues and processes
- Software installation and configuration
- Implementing the designed business requirements
- Following up on issues with our Customer Support team
- Assisting in end user training
- System integration testing
- Problem solving, troubleshooting issues/reporting and resolution
- Support to user acceptance testing
- Assisting customer in completing EFT switch certification process
- Documentation of the system and preparation of handover documentation for CS
